Andrei Smolyar — Chairman of Board of Directors
	Andrey Smolyar has a higher technical and economic education. He obtained a unique profession – Industrial Robots Manufacturing. His second area of specialization is Economics and Enterprise Management. Moreover, Andrey Smolyar has a rich managerial experience. Besides numerous awards given to his company, Andrey Smolyar was awarded the title – Man of the Year of Minsk region of 2010 and Man of Business of 2014. He was also recognized by IRU (International Road Union) as the Best Top Manager.
Vladimir Sergeev — Managing Director
	Vladimir Sergeev has a higher legal education. He worked in the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus. Vladimir is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Belarus. He has over 15 years of managerial experience.
